Management Department

Cindy McCabe, Director

Bringing with her a wealth of experience from both commercial and clinical environments, Cindy McCabe heads up the team at Vertec SA.

Having over 10 years experience in both sales and applications relating to Bone Densitometry, Mammography and General Radiology, Cindy is extremely well placed to support our customers in South Africa.

Originally trained as a Radiographer, Cindy worked for several years in busy Radiology and Radiotherapy departments in and around Johannesburg, before successfully entering the commercial world.

 

Customer Support Department

Vertec maintains state of the art Customer Support to work on any issues you might encounter. Our dedicated professionals can offer their extensive knowledge of our services, including:


Logistics Department

Vertec's logistics and product team are made up of a specialists group in each of the company's main fields.
Each specialist takes responsibility for a particular product line and is able to call on the assistance of any of the others in the team whenever necessary.

All specialists have had full product training by the manufacturer and are fully versed in all aspects of their particular product line.
In addition, they are familiar with arranging leasing, financing etc.
 

Applications Department

Vertec's Service and Support department currently consists of seven fully qualified, factory trained engineers and technicians.

All of Vertec's engineers have had extensive training on our full product lines.  Vertec has service personnel based in our Aldermaston offices, as well as "home based" engineers, to enable us to respond immediately to emergencies.  As well as installation and repairs, the team is responsible for all pre-shipment testing and verification of our products. All systems are built and tested in our workshops prior to shipment to the end-user.


Sales Department

Our sales department is committed to customer satisfaction.  Our friendly staff is readily awaiting your visit or call and looking forward to a long term relationship with you in the future.

 

Administrative Department

Vertec's administrative department consists of various departments and divisions that support the operations of the Vertec network and carry out the policy and procedures of management. These departments and divisions also provide internal services, including administration of Vertec's financial affairs, general office support services, human resources, risk management, purchasing and information systems.

 

Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, annual budget, cash management, external audit, Vertec's cashiering, sales tax, as well as the billing functions for the company.
